Awesome beach vibes!
Had a fab time chilling on the beach, super spacious & relaxing! The staff were super friendly, really made us feel welcome. Tried the bar snacks which were decent, but the food could use more flavor. It’s a long walk to get around, especially to the pool area from the beach, but we managed. Overall a nice stay!

More shaded seating areas by the pool would help.

Had an amazing group vacation! We loved exploring the dolphin house to see wild dolphins, and the Extra Fun Divers made diving unforgettable. The resort's beachfront is perfect for relaxing and enjoying water activities like snorkeling and kayaking. The staff ensured every event was fun and memorable!
One downside was that the wellness area felt slippery and not very relaxing, which could use some improvement.

kite school on premises, clean beach area, impressive building reception
The room lacked a shower which made bathing uncomfortable!!! The charging system for rooms felt outdated and cumbersome!!! Improvements should be made to the buffet layout to avoid long lines and crowded spaces!!!

The Palm Royale in Soma Bay truly felt like paradise. The staff greeted us with warm smiles and went out of their way to help, making me feel like a valued guest. The private beach had crystal clear waters, perfect for snorkeling. I spent hours exploring the fascinating underwater life. The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with stunning views of the Red Sea. The food options were impressive, with various restaurants serving delicious meals that satisfied every craving. I loved the Lebanese and Greek restaurants. they were fantastic! The entertainment was engaging as well, with fun activities and a lovely pianist in the bar. However, we encountered a couple of issues that affected our stay. On the first night, we found a cockroach in our room, which took a while to be addressed after calling the reception. The air conditioning also had mold, making it difficult to breathe comfortably at times. It led to some congestion during our stay. Additionally, the beach had a few flies, which could get annoying while trying to relax.
